Do you ever think to yourself…
I really need a change or I’m ready for something more?
Are you willing to rebuild an aspect of your life?
You can’t have change without experiencing disruption. Sometimes we think of disruption as a negative word, but the other side of disruption is opportunity. Change means we have to change our perspective or do something different. And sometimes that difference doesn’t feel comfortable, so we move away from it. But we also move away from the opportunity which sits on the other side.
So, I ask, is the disruption reframing you or are you reframing the disruption? If you don’t take this in, you will only be mired in your disruption. Instead, use your disruption as a pivot point. It’s a way to journey towards the change you want.
So, take your first step, as uncomfortable as it may feel, through your disruption. Can you see what’s on the other side? Can you feel your perceptions changing? Slow down long enough to notice what’s happening. It will show up in small ways but don’t be fooled, small changes have momentum, so use them. And now it gets exciting. It’s when you get to choose. Choose how you want to rebuild. So, what would that be for you? Is it your career or new outcomes? A new habit or different life choices? It’s time to journey towards the life you want to rebuild so you can live the life you truly want to live.
